Product Overview and Applications
CNG pressure reducing station is a pressure regulating and metering equipment that compresses natural gas with a pressure of 18MPa~25MPa in CNG cylinders or storage tanks, filters, heats, regulates, measures, odorizes, and releases it into the pipeline network through an unloading column.
The company's products have the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, small footprint, and easy installation and maintenance. Multiple methods such as steam, hot water, and electricity can be used to provide heat energy for the heat exchanger. At the same time, CNG pressure reducing stations are divided into fixed and mobile (containerized) types, which are convenient for different customer needs.
CNG pressure reducing stations are widely used in urban and rural residential areas, commercial catering and other users, gas boiler users, industrial users, regional emergency peak shaving and other occasions.
Product Features
The high-pressure natural gas inside the CNG pry truck passes through the unloading device and first enters the heat exchange and pressure regulation system. After two rounds of heat exchange and two-stage (or three-stage) pressure regulation in the pressure regulation and heat exchange system, it then enters the metering and odorization system and is directly transported to the urban gas pipeline network.
According to the pressure regulation level system of CNG pressure reducing stations, it can be divided into two modes: two-stage pressure regulation and three-stage pressure regulation.
Process description of secondary pressure regulating device: The high-pressure rubber hose and quick release joint inside the unloading column are connected to the CNG transport vehicle. Compressed natural gas enters the primary heat exchanger through the high-pressure ball valve, high-pressure emergency switching valve, and filter for the first heating, and then is depressurized to 1.0-4.0MPa by the primary pressure regulator. It enters the secondary heat exchanger for heating, and then depressurized to 0.1-0.4MPa by the secondary pressure regulator before being metered and odorized into the medium pressure gas pipeline network.
The display and control of natural gas medium pressure, temperature, flow rate, circulating hot water temperature, and inlet emergency shut-off valve control in the CNG pressure regulating station are all interlocked and controlled by the central control console.
Process description of three-stage pressure regulating device: Compressed natural gas also passes through two-stage heat exchangers, but the pressure regulator is designed as three-stage. Generally, the pressure after the first stage pressure regulation is 1.6-4.0 MPa. After secondary pressure regulation, it is 0.2-1.6 MPa. After three-level pressure regulation, the pressure is 0.002-0.2MPa, and the rest is the same as the configuration of two-stage pressure regulation.
